RETURNS

• All sales are final and no return Goods will be accepted without prior written authorization from Muscle Gear.

• All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of Goods.

• No goods will be accepted for return after 10 days from the ship date.

• Returns due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the products. There is a minimum restocking fee of $5.00.

• All refused and unclaimed COD shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.

• No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.

• Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.

• It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of style, color and size before ordering.

• Goods that have been worn cannot be returned.

• If you have a item you wish to return, provide the reason for return and submit your request to Muscle Gear by email. ( [email protected] ) Your return request will be authorized within 24 hours.

• If Muscle Gear determines that it erred on the quantity, style, or other aspect regarding the initial shipment of Goods, Muscle Gear will authorize the return of Goods and will forward Customer an authorization number provided the request for return authorization is made within ten (10) days of shipment. Customer may then return the Goods for a credit. ( Customer must cover the cost of return shipping )

Once the returned goods have been received by Muscle Gear and inspected, they are qualified as credit or non-credit. A credit could be available to the customer, who will be contacted at that time and offered the options of a replacement item with free shipping, reviving a credit to purchase an item at a later date with a $5.00 coupon towards shipping, or having the amount of the item charged back less shipping.

Customer acknowledges Muscle Gear ownership of all trademarks, service marks, copyrights, imprints, rights of publicity, patents, design patents, software, registered designs, industrial designs, trade dress, product designs, trade secrets, and other intangible rights relating to the Goods (collectively “Muscle Gear Intellectual Property”) and acknowledges that Customer shall have no right, title, or interest whatsoever in any Muscle Gear Intellectual Property.
